COMMITMENT
The House of Fanis Pittalis is a ten-year winemaking project, inspired by the stone-built homes of Mpei and Antoni. This project is a personal commitment to honour the struggles of the past while pushing the boundaries of modern Cypriot enology. Each year brings new wines with a new approach, new labels, and new expressions. Every wine is recorded here, forming a growing archive.
PITSILIA
Rooted in the mountainous region of Pitsilia, our vineyards range from century-old goblet-trained plots to newly planted parcels. With steep slopes, rocky soils, and cool mountain winds, our land gives birth to wines of depth and balance. Everything is done with a focus on sustainability and respect for nature.
WINEMAKER
With a background in engineering and a master’s degree in enology and viticulture from Italy and Portugal, my approach to winemaking is rooted in both precision and tradition.
