Vinification
This wine is crafted from grapes grown in the surrounding area of our winery, and vinified within the family home that Mpei built. Using reductive vinification and yeast inoculation, we ensure that every step enhances the purity of the fruit’s character while maintaining freshness and complexity. The wine spends its maturation in stainless steel tanks, allowing it to retain its vibrant expression

The name of this wine is inspired by the challenging conditions surrounding the harvest of the different vineyard plots. Unpredictable weather, with several rain events, caused disruptions to our planned harvest dates. In response, we created the opposite of a ""Rain Dance"" — a ""Sun Dance"" to Bring the Sun back to our favour.
